I believe the technician that came to my house is named Tony. I called at noon on Saturday and he arrived shortly after 1pm. He found a loose wire on top of the motor and a potential problem in another area where the wires run to the sensor. Both problems were repaired quickly and he did some other preventive maintenance work on my door and talked to me some easy PM work I can do every few months. I'm giving them 5 stars in my review because I am very happy and thankful for the work they did and how quickly they responded.
