David came out and was on time called to let me know he was on his way. He answered my questions about the issues going on to include how to maintain my door and opener. He made future recommendations and was not there to push new products or take advantage. He installed new sensors since they were old and price for repair was reasonable. They are Veteran friendly. David Bell was our technician. He replaced the springs and rollers on our garage door. He was very courteous and professional. He took the time to ensure everything was not just done correctly but was perfect. He not only did the necessary repairs, he lubricated all moving parts and made adjustments to the door opener. Works like new and very quiet. You can tell from the person who took my call and the technician these guys are extremely professionals.

I called Precision door service at 430 pm and they sent a technician out the same day. Jonas arrived at 730pm and by 830pm had repairs done. Jonas was very knowledgeable and explained to me what needed to be done and the price. Precision garage door gets 5 stars from me. Great service!!
