I normally do not recommend services companies, but Dave Sinner, Services Technician, with Precision Doors performance I rated as outstanding. Today, Dave installed a new garage door opener at my home. Dave completed the task within a few hours, explained the warranty, and how the unit worked. I would high recommend Precision Doors and make sure you request Dave Sinner.

Joshua called to give an anticipated arrival time, was here exactly as planned. Joshua was well informed on repair and adjustment necessary to allow door to function properly. The service I was requesting was on the motion detector part of the garage door opener. They didn't tell me until after the tech stopped by that my opener didn't have a motion detector which they would have known because apparently there is only one brand that has that feature and I told them on the phone what I needed. Thus I paid the full service charge for the tech to look at it and say he can't fix it. He was very polite, however.
