My Technician Bryan Medina is awesome! He makes sure everything is done right and takes time to explain and show you the issues. I had him as the technician on a different door issue and was so glad to see him again. The company works with you to set a time that meets your needs and they have Saturday appointments! This is my 2nd time using Precision. 1st time 5 stars. My appt today was set for between 8am and 10am. At 10:42, no one had arrived or called. As I was speaking with rep on the phone, the repair person called and said he should arrive in about an hour. No apology for being 3 hours late. When he arrived, still no apology for being late. My time is important too. All that being said, he diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Would have been 5 stars with a call that he was running late or a simple apology.
