David Bell was outstanding! He explained everything in detail and even went as far as to repair-shut our garage door for safety until we get the actual color-coded garage door that needs installed (...long story short). He also gave us some discounts, woot woot! He’s so warm it felt like we’ve been friends for a long time. He’s the guy that every customer needs for a first impression!!! My garage door decided to go on the fritz yesterday afternoon. I was sure that no garage door service would be operating over the weekend, but I found Precision online and gave them a call late Saturday afternoon. An appointment was scheduled for the first thing this morning (Sunday). The technician, Bryan, was very professional. The problem was assessed and repaired quickly. Now the door is operational again. Also, before I could not raise the garage door manually during power outages, but I didn't know that had to do with poor springs. Now that the springs are replaced, I can do that as an additional bonus. I guess the garage door breaking was a blessing in disguise.
