I garage door spring snapped late night. I as able to secure appointment for right away the next morning. Monty Morales was instrumental in helping identify the problem and fix it. He took the time to explain how to care for the various parts of the garage door routinely. I really appreciated Precision Garage Door Service and Monty's help in getting our garage door to operate once again!

Precision Doors gets 5 stars from me. I called for an appointment expecting maybe a next day time slot. They were at my door in 2 hours. Dan immediately diagnosed the problem and set about fixing it. He was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. He explained everything he was doing as he went. In less than an hour and a half, I once again had a fully functioning garage door along with a lifetime guarantee. Thank you!

Jason came over early on a Sunday morning when our springs broke. He replaced the hardware over the door with stronger equipment and the door is working just fine! It's quieter than it was before he came out to fix it, too.

Joe was very polite and knew his job very well. He did all the checks on my garage door to find out what was going on. I didnt realize that my garage door had one spring instead of two. He put up two new springs and added rollers which made my garage door quiet. I told Joe if something happens to my garage door again I will be requesting him.
