Workmen arrived on time,got right to work. Answered all questions we had. They knew their work and their product. Explained all operating procedures, cleaned work area and removed smudge prints. Programmed door openers on our vehicles. We would certainly commend them for their professionalism and knowledge. They installed new garage door and new garage door opener.

Brent and Marcos were prompt, professional and prepared to replace the snapped spring and damaged cables of my wife's garage door that failed less than 24 hours ago when we called for Precision service. In addition, Brent explained the "whats" and "whys" as the repair proceeded with her door as well as replacing the same items on my door as well. The repairs and replacement were completed in less than an hour from the time their truck arrived at our home.

Today, while performing the annual maintenance on my garage door, technician Brent Huffman found that the springs, drums, bearings, and roller stems were beginning to wear. He took his time explaining what should be done so that I could understand. And, he didn’t mind answering my myriad questions. I agreed to replace the parts now rather than later when safety might become an issue. Brent was quick, efficient, and ensured that everything was done right the first time. Garage door pulley bearings froze up and it snapped the pulley shaft causing the pulley cables on both side to unravel. The garage door looked a mess and I thought this will cost a fortune to repair. The technician (Mike Dahl) arrived and quickly identified the problem and explained to me what happened. Mike Dahl was very professional and with his expert knowledge of garage door repairs, he quickly repaired the garage door. The cost of the repair was way less then I thought it would be and I will use Precision Door Service in the future.
