MAJOR RIPOFF!! $700+ to put in torsion spring system. I had broken extension spring system. They came in and said we can't fix that (SURPRISE!!). I should've sent them their merry way, would have still been cheaper to pay the 'diagnostic fee' of $145 (are you kidding me) and get someone else to come over and do the job. You guys are ridiculous.

Hello Mr. Vachhani – I’m sorry to learn you are unhappy with the service provided 2 weeks ago. What you described is contrary to what we strive to do each and every day. Please know, you did not have an extension spring system, you had a Torquemaster, which is a disposable system. As explained by your technician, we cannot repair a Torquemaster, but we offer to convert it to a torsion system. This system can be worked on by any garage door company in the future. Your technician reviewed and explained your options, which you approved and signed off on prior to starting the work. Our garage was old and in need of a tune up. Max was wonderful. He laid out all my options and never pushed to try and sell me something I didn't need. He walked me through the repairs before and after and helped me reprogram my keypad which had never worked in the 5 years we've been at this house. Eventually we will need to replace the motor, springs, and cables and Max was able to provide me with a quote for that when the time comes. I will definitely be called Precision Door Service back and requesting Max when we are in need of that repair.

Corey arrived on time, gave a full inspection and then full explanation of what was needed to make our over ten years old garage door like new. With three estimates for minimum needed to make it functional, middle to upgrade existing parts and replace fraying cables orb and support bars, and top service , we selected what felt right for us and Corey did the work then and there with all parts needed on his truck. Glad we called Precision and would definitely ask for Corey again if needed.

I had a delightful experience working with Precision Garage Door. It began with the call to make an appointment. The lady on the phone was extremely nice and eager to help. The appointment was available for next day but at my request, she moved it to the same day by making some arrangements. The repair agent sent me a text message 30 minutes in advance before arriving at my location. He seems very genuine and honest and to my surprise only charged me $85 to fix my door. He also spent a good amount of time explaining how to well maintained my garage door and do some preventive measures. I don't recall when the last time I had a such a good experience dealing with house repairs. I would definitely be the lifetime customer for this company and would highly recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you, Precision Garage Door!

Have never heard of this company before. Found them on google when the side sprint on my garage door needs to be fixed. Technician arrived within an hour of my first call. Very professional, took time to explain what to what for on garage doors, highlighted other areas to be addressed. Presented multiple options with pros and cons, helped me choose the best option for the value of my money. Quietly did all the work in short time and reviewed every piece of work done. Great experience with Precision and I highly recommend them!!!

Pure customer service at its finest, easy to set up appointment on a Saturday - technician called in advance and arrived at promised time and performed service quickly and expertly. Offered 3 options for repair. Was courteous and fully explained all options. Actually walked me through the process as he diagnosed the issue. New springs cables and hardware. Works like a charm!
