I was in a bind in the middle of the day with a garage door that would not open after a torsion spring spontaneously broke, and I couldn't get my cars out of the garage. I quickly found Precision online and verified their A+ Better Business Bureau rating then gave them a call. The dispatcher recognized the urgency of the situation, and although a service member was going to be available that afternoon, she put a special note in describing my predicament and someone was at my house in about an hour. Problem solved, thanks to my technician named Stone that got to my house quickly, diagnosed the problem accurately, and explained the situation patiently in a way that revealed a high level of expertise. Thank you to all involved!

Precision is on it! I called about 9am for appointment to repair garage door. Stone was onsite by about 11:15am. He pointed out tension spring broke. He had parts on hand, and fixed by about noon. Stone was extremely professional and competent. I'd go with Precision again in a heartbeat! (Hopefully not needed any time soon!) Thank you!

Cameron announced his arrival by text, was extremely courteous and helpful. Did a quick diagnosis and maintenance, and fixed doors that had lowered noisily since we bought the house 22 years ago. My husband and I are always happy to see Patrick here. We had several problems that were no problems at all for Patrick! He showed me how to insert the battery into the Garage Door device that I use in my auto and it turned out that I had inserted it incorrectly. Then he discovered that the reason why the garage door was not closing was simply because we had failed to dust or wipe off the door lights at the bottom of the garage door. And then he gave us a price on inserting a new gasket at the bottom of the double garage door but he said it was not probably necessary. Most of these were our mistakes and he was able to fix them for us. Thank you to Patrick and to Precision Garage Door for hiring someone like Patrick.

Corey called a half-hour prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and was extremely friendly and courteous. He provided me with three repair options for my garage door so that I could choose which best fit my budget. Since my door opener is more than 15 years old, I opted to have all of the hardware (the most expensive option) replaced except for the motor and tracks. It took him about 90 minutes to perform the work and another 20 minutes for us to get all the payment and paperwork taken care of. I was pleased with the work, the technician was great, and I got the work done the same day! I will call Precision again if I require garage door repairs or service!

I cannot praise the technicians who fixed on our garage door enough. They arrived on schedule, were efficient and polite even though they had to work in a freezing garage on one of the coldest days of the year. If we ever have another problem they will be the first people we will call.

We received 5 star service from point of contact to installation. We had an old failing garage door removed and disposed of and a new, improved one installed including a new lift master door opener. The installer, Patrick is a 5 star person all the way. He has to be one of the best service providers and technician we have ever had the pleasure to meet. He is very respectful, courteous and knowledgeable about the products, services provided by Precision and did a wonderful job from start to finish. Service was great. Showed up on time. 2 springs and 4 pulleys installed $569. I think the price was to high. That's a lot of money for the product, I guess he works off commission? He was nice and did a great job.
