On 10/1/2016 I hit the garage door opener and door started to open. I got into my car assuming the door was completely up. It had only rose about a foot and a half and I backed into the door causing a large dent and rollers came off the track. We could not get the door up or down. I called and the person said it would be Monday before someone could get out to my house. I later Chatted online and the person said they could get someone out that day but not until 9 or 10 PM. Well Chad came out and knew what to do to get the door up so I could get my car out. He was able to lower the door so we could lock it. We were so pleased that he was able to help us. We will be getting a new door on 10/4. THANK YOU CHAD!

Great service on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend to get my door operating. Technician was thorough and professional in explaining what needed to be done, discussing options and providing costs before doing the work. He got the door working again by adding a strut but because of his service I will be calling Precision when the door needs more service or needs to be replaced.

No issues while purchasing the Deal on AL. Although I submitted my top 3 available dates during purchase (with email confirmation), I had to call the company to schedule the service, and even then the representative had to query the manager 3 times (couldn't find my account, couldn't find my address, had a hard time bringing up the technician's schedule). I specifically requested Garth while scheduling the service for consistency purposes, so I was surprised that Brian called me before showing up, which to his credit was earlier than the service window. The tune-up went as expected, though I had to ask if he encountered any issues or concerns. (Garth would've been proactive IMHO.) Brian noticed rust on some bolts and asked if we encountered any flooding, which we haven't (we live in a no-flood zone). Upon my inspection, it appears that rain water seeped through the horizontal door seams, ran down the inside of the door and contacted the bolts, causing the rust issue. I had to propose this scenario, and Brian seemed surprise of its possibility. He was punctual, professional, and punctual. Another good member of the Precision team!

I chose Precision Door through Angie's List. I had to make a follow up call when communication was broken on my online order, but the office staff were were very helpful. Rob was punctual, professional and pleasant. He performed the requested door inspection and 'tune up,' provided a clear explanation of my door's condition and offered additional services. While I declined at this time I will certainly consider Precision Door for future service.

You guys are way over priced!!! Had to call another company out in the same week who identified and corrected a variety of issues with my door that Precision failed to accomplish. It is very frustrating as a consumer when you have to hire two companies for the same problem in the same week. The good news through this frustrating process is I now have a great garage door company for future reference and it's not Precision. Tech was friendly but just failed miserably in identifying all the issues with my garage door.

I chose Precision Door service because of the same day service and the fact that they have a fully stocked truck to handle any problem, plus the Lifetime Warranty for parts and labor. The Tech, Jeff Masters, was right on time and professional and friendly. He went right to work and determined the problems. He explained the problems to me and told me what could be done to fix them and also what it would cost to fix them. I agreed to have the work done and he went to work and had everything finished in about 1 and 1/2 hours. He then explained the work done and how to use the equipment. Everything was finished and worked perfectly, I give a 5 star rating to Jeff and Precision door.

The advertisement on the internet impressed me first of all. After calling, I was also impressed by the lady who answered the phone. She was very professional and friendly and listened to all my concerns. The other thing that caught my attention was same day service and 24/7 on call.
