Precision, Simply the best! I find your company on the internet this morning and selected it because of the 24-7 service guarantee. I requested an urgent need for an appointment today and a representative promptly scheduled an appointment for me for today. WOW!!! Clint (technician) called ahead to notify me when he was on the way to my home. Clint arrived on time, provided various estimates to suite my needs and actually taught me what to look for, how to maintain and showed me the corrections he would make on my newly installed garages doors done by another company. On top on all of this, Clint gave me a great deal with discounts/coupons for the double garage door openers/ installation package. Clint IS professional, courteous, customer friendly AND understands satisfying the customer. Clint moved heavy items for me in the garage to do the work. He even cleaned up at the end. WOW! He talked me through everything and banished the apprehension I had about the installation. I am completely satisfied with the service Precision and the technician Clint provided. This was just absolutely fantastic. I was so displeased with the company that installed the doors and failed to install the opener, my expectation of this install was not high. Precision, you have completely renewed my confidence and trust in the process of this service. I simply can't give enough accolades about the quality of work/service that Clint provided. Thank you for making this a positive experience. The service & quality of work was a great value.

Wow! My Service Tech Clint Faber was unbelievable! What energy, enthusiasm for his job. Clint was efficient, offered advice, explained how best to maintain. My garage door opens and closes as before, however it is SO QUIET! I still "listen" as it opens and closes. Had no idea what the right service could do. Definitely high marks for Precision Door and especially Clint. Any customer would be happy to have Clint as their Service Tech.

We were not pleased to be charged 144.00 to tighten up the sensor screws!!! the understanding was to be charged 65.00 for the initial visit and a charge for parts. No parts were used and nothing else was done, other than trying the door remote to make sure that was working. I would never recommend this Co. to anyone!!! and will be lodging a complaint.- Service performed was not repair, but screw tightening

My husband and I would definitely rate Precision a 5 star operation. They were able to come the same day that I called them and didn't try to oversell us on anything. Precision Garage Door has done it again! Brian has proven to be a valuable asset to the company. Not only did he provide service sooner than expected - I was quoted for a 12p-2p time slot but he showed about 11:15-11:30; maybe sooner - but he explained to me what may have been the cause, and had it fixed in no time.
