Technician was a salesman. He came in and saw the garage door and said my 21 year garage door was too heavy for the 21 year hardware. He tried to sell me new hardware and garage door for 500.00-1000.00. I called your competitor garage door company that gave me a free quote and recommended a tuneup and I took it for 50.00. My garage opener/door is as good as new. Your technician/salesman are complete rip offs. NO STARS

Chad and Beau originally made a service call to repair a stuck front entry door that Precision installed sometime ago. When they arrived, they made the repair very quickly and professionally. Chad informed me that Precision was not installing entry doors anymore so I want to thank your company for sending a repair crew out instead of the usual "we don't do that anymore" excuse that so many companies give these days. While talking to Chad, I asked him to look at our garage door as it was hard for me to lift manually when the power went off during the recent storm. Chad has an extraordinary knowledge of overhead doors and was able to pinpoint the problem right away. Chad and Beau made my wife and I very comfortable and confident about what needed to be done. Chad had all the needed parts on his truck and he did the whole repair job in a short period of time. I want management to know that Chad and Beau are great employees with great working knowledge and super attitudes. They were quick, efficient and skilled workers. They are the reason that my wife and I will call Precision for future work.

With the power outage we had to operate the door manually. In that process one of the cables came off the roller assembly. Our neighbor, a previous customer, recommended Precision. The service technician, Nick, arrived on the early side of the time window we were given and with little haste and with a courteous and professional demeanor made the repairs and upgrades (springs, rollers & cables) we agreed upon. Now, with much less effort, the door tracks smoothly. Naturally it goes without saying that once Nick completed the repairs and upgrades to our system, after 36 hours without power, Dominion completed the work in our area and our power returned before Nick could get out of the driveway. Never had to raise or lower the door manually. But we are confident of three things...the power will go out again, Dominion will eventually get it back up and because of Nick the door will work efficiently and smoothly the next time we have to raise and lower it manually. Make it four things. Precision will forever be our choice for any of our future garage door needs.

Garage door cables came off the drums on both sides. Called Precision and they came out the same day to fix it. Very professional. Was not expecting to pay what had to be paid for but things happen and all was explained. Job didn't take long and very pleased with the out come. Thanks to Jeff who came out.

My experience was a lot less than desired. I called twice to set up an appointment and verify they would bring all parts needed. I was told twice not to worry that they carried all the parts I needed on the truck. I was specific in naming the parts each time When they arrived this morning they did not have all the parts and would have to go to another city to get them. On top of that the price quoted was twice as much as a highly recognized company on angles list. Nothing against the technician but the people in the office got it wrong twice and then gouged me. Shame on this company

We strive to maintain stocked trucks so we can fix most doors on the same trip. Occasionally, we run into a door whose manufacturer has proprietary parts that we can not readily obtain and it causes scenarios like this. We hate it more than you. We will use this instance to try harder to work with those manufacturers so we can be better prepared. We hope this instance does not blemish the opportunity to serve you in the future.

My tenants were having problems with the opener. I am out of town and could not tend to it myself. Jeff provided prompt professional service. He identified the problem quickly, solved it on the spot and only charged me for the service call - which was reasonably priced. As an out of town landlord, it's nice to know that I have somebody I can trust to repair any issues my tenants might have with the garage door or opener.
