What I did NOT like is that my credit-card info was typed into a computer pad, but I didn't get an invoice on the spot. This is not the technician's fault, but the company providing bad customer service. My c. c. has been compromised by other businesses in the past and somebody went shopping with my c. c. number. You should provide an instant receipt and mail the official receipt later, if necessary. The technicians should never write down the customer's c. c. number.

Nothing like a garage door not closing as you go off to work. We have had the same technician (Kevin Rodriguez) to our house more than once over the years and each time he was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything very clearly before performing any work. Carlo was great. He called about 20 minutes before arrival. Was on time (early in the window which was great!) He worked quickly and didn't try to "sell" me anything I didn't need. Precision has always been good and a reputable company. I have recommended to many people. Hope they've called you! :) This time was just for the periodic maintenance. That choice is not offered in "Service Performed" below. So I just chose "repair"

We chose Precision after doing a price comparison. Tyler arrived w/in predicted time frame and did an excellent job. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. A very capable young man. And a nice guy. We opted for a more service than originally asked for, and it is worth it. The door moves almost silently now and he new coils should last a long time. Well done.

Chris was better than I expected. He took so much time explaining various possibilities for my door's problem. He first did the simplest thing (as part of his diagnosis) by lubricating essential parts to see if the door behaved differently. Then he again took lots of time to present several alternatives for solution, each addressing the problem, or some part of the problem, and each having a different price tag, with no pressure. And he spoke candidly to my question re: what were the positives and negatives of each alternative. And, he was patient and loving with my persistent-for-attention dog. I could not be more satisfied!
