We will be lifelong customers of Precision Door Service. Called them first time for an issue we were having with garage door. . We have called 3X and each time they have LIVE PERSON ON PHONE to schedule and/or talk over problem. They have had someone out to our place within 24 hours. Scott & Jo both were friendly, patient, and professional. They have everything needed to address your issue when they arrive, and each time everything left clean or cleaner than when they got there. We are extremely happy with their service and their staff. Highly recommend them.

Saturday morning, July 1, the belt broke on the garage door. Internet search found Precision, a local company that did repairs on Saturdays. Called & got an appointment for that afternoon. The technician was friendly & personable, even though it was very hot in the garage. Existing opener was too small for door & had issues closing before it broke. Technician gave us information & options. We choose a new chain drive & he installed it right away even though it was now past 5 pm. So pleased with Precision & especially the technician. (So sorry I can't remember his name!)
