When our garage door wouldn’t open, I looked to see the cause. Once I identified the issue, I quickly found out that this was a job for professionals. I remembered the commercials, and a friend of mine also recommended Precision. They were able to come out the same day (no same day service charge)! The person I talked to when I called in and the technician were great! Gabe (the technician) not only explained the problem, but also talked about causes of the issue and other components of the door. I didn’t feel pressured to get more than what was needed, and Gabe went over options for maximum maintenance and replacement. I’m thankful we went with this company, and I plan on working with them in the future.

Two of the doors bumping safety light sensors Improper installation of ferrite ring . Trouble getting the door to close after pulling my car out , inconsistent . After installation of ferrite ring my parking sensor light did not work. Wires not properly attached , loose screws . Left his tool behind It took 3 trips to make things right , etc . etc .

THANK YOU JOE! Super grateful for Joe coming out this morning and making some adjustments so that my garage doors are working perfectly without all the noise and tension you could hear on the doors. My guess is he saved me from a major repair down the road and educated me on keeping them in top working order. EXCEEDED my expectations! Worked on a freezing cold morning and was nothing but kind and took his time to make sure I understood it all. My garage door openers actually work now and he also got my garage code pad up and running. Small items to some people but HUGE items that I no longer have to worry about. I will be calling Precision in the future for all my garage door concerns/repairs.

This is the 2nd garage door that Brandon Brown has repaired and upgraded for us. He was friendly and thorough. He explained our alternatives for upgrading some of the parts, and there was no pressure. Everything was our decision. He cleaned up well after all the work was done. I suppose the work was done properly. I wasn't at the location and was given options via phone, The existing springs were by Torquemaster which is a deviation from the traditional method. I was told by the tech how bad a system it was, that no professional company would never touch them, and continued to up-sell me. It felt like i was dealing with a vinal siding or window salesman. If you have a Torquemaster system do not call Precision, do some google research as i did AFTER paying for replacement normal torsion springs. there are a number of reasons door repair companies won't repair Torquemaster systems and it has nothing to do with quality.

Our garage door is just about as new as it can be considering it is a 20 year old wood garage door. Joe straightened it out and replaced worn bearings. Door lifts easily now which is important for my wife and I. Old wood doors can be heavy if not balanced correctly. Joe balanced the door so now is raises by hand easily. Thank you.
