Joe was the tech who originally installed the door openers and did a great job, he came back the other day to check on why one of the door would not open and discovered that the seeing-eye had been bumped or moved somehow and he realigned it in ten seconds and everything works fine now !!! ????????

For a few days I have been having issues with my garage door opener not working properly. Today I gave Precision Garage Door Service a call for help. Within an hour they were able to send out a technician to help me. The technician, Joe Igla was very courteous and knowledgeable. After checking out the issue ( opener was not letting the door go down) Joe gave me three options to consider. I elected to have the door opener replaced. He had one on his truck and was able to replace my 26 yr old unit. It only took a little over an hour and a half start to finish. I highly recommend this company and Joe for your garage door services in the Vancouver area.

We experienced a two stall garage door tension spring failure at 4:15 P.M. Saturday on Memorial Day weekend. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service responded to our call for help for the door spring repair. They were able to schedule the work to be started by 9:00 A.M. the following morning. Scott was the assigned technician to our repair job and gave us a call on Sunday morning and indicated he could get to our home earlier than the 9:00 scheduled time if that worked for us. We had a trip to the Oregon coast scheduled for that day, so Scotts call about the earlier time was great news for us. Scott was very professional and courteous. He outlined several options for us to consider for the service and he finished his repair work in the time he had stated. We couldn't be happier with assistance of Precision Door and Service technician Scott. Job well done.

Precision Doors have always treated us right. Whenever we've called, they were there the next day. Brandon came to help us after our garage door wouldn't close. We called on a Sunday evening and actually talked to the nicest person! She had us an appointment the next day. Brandon was on time and was upfront and honest about what needed to be fixed and how much it might cost. The nice thing is the parts that were broken were under warranty. We would recommend them at any time!

Joe arrived on time at 11am. He as well noticed a noise coming from the belt trolley. It turned out to be an excessive amount of grease/lubricant on trolley. Joe fixed the problem, eliminating the noise. If noise comes back, trolley and belt rail components may have to be replaced. Recommendation: Watch to see if noise resumes. Thanks Joe.
