Communication is very important to me, and Pedro took the time to do just that from the initial assessment all the way through to spelling out what options I had. Poor experience. High pressure sales tactics and fear mongering. Was told I needed to completely replace my door else I face imminent collapse and risk the safety of my cars and children. Called up another company and was told I just needed to replace a part and the rest of the system, while old, had plenty of more life. Cost me $175 instead of several thousand $. Wouldn't work with Precision.
