Precision was awesome, arrived at 8:25 yesterday and he was outa here by 9:50 am on a Saturday. He did a conversion of my 18 year old garage door torsion spring system, replacing rollers, and cables. It is quiet and works like new again.

My technician was Jezrel White. I give him a 5 star because he was very friendly. He explained everything that needed to be done before actually going ahead with the repair, told me how much it would cost, and he also called me when he was on his way to tell me what time he would arrive. He was right on time too. I am very satisfied with the work he did. I can now open and close my garage door again without worrying that I may damage it further. Thank you, Jezrel. :)
