I was referred to your business by a person who has done odd jobs at my home. Stated you were the best when it came to garage doors. Your service rep, Nick Oelze, was thorough and came initially to identify a problem. It wasan operator error... however, also pointed out some future issues and since I would need to get the garage door replaced eventually due to some hardware issues, I decided to have you do a replacement in the future. Did not try to sell me any more items than necessary and that was refreshing change of pace as well. 5 star rating
