Excellent experience! I called Precision and they were able to get a technician out to my house within hours. Joe went above and beyond to provide knowledgeable service in troubleshooting and resolving my garage issues within an hours time. He was friendly, professional and guided me through the process in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchasing decisions. My puppy was especially grateful for the dog treat Joe brought along in his truck! Thank you, Joe!!

Great service from the start. I chose Precision Garage door as they were very price competitive if not less expensive than a few other places I tried. Scheduling the initial appointment to having the salesperson come out to explain everything that would be done was top notch. I was told there would be a slight delay to get my garage doors in. that was not a big deal to me as it seems everything is on delay these days. However, the doors arrived sooner than told and were installed within days. Jesus and his partner were the installers and did a GREAT job! Jesus called prior to arriving, then explained the install process, and even had me see the color choice before install to make sure it was correct. He went thru the whole process of care for the doors, how the remotes work, and even wiped down the entire doors of any grease or smudge marks from them installing. Great customer care! Very happy with my purchase thru Precision.

I was extremely impressed with Precision's service. Within a couple hours after I called Precision, my garage door was working again. It was later in the day that I called & didn't think I would be able to get same day service. I was wrong. Pedro came to my rescue and did a wonderful job. He was very professional in manner and very skilled in his craft. I would definitely call Precision again. Thank You for your excellent customer service!

I was super impressed with how quickly a technician was sent to my house from Precision! After another company forgot to schedule my order and didn't come out.
