We started having issues with our garage door about a month ago and called for someone to come take a look. They came out the same day and told us the only fix would be a new door. We were able to get set up with that right away, got a call a couple weeks later, they had everything in stock and we were able to set up an installation date for the following week. Hector gave a courtesy call when they were on their way and it took less than 2 hours to remove the old door and install the new. They were very thorough on the inspection and showing me what they did, and it was a very quick process. Overall everything was SUPER seamless and both specialists were extremely friendly; I would absolutely recommend using them for any garage door needs!

Daniel called and arrived early after calling ahead of time for our appointment. He went over everything that needed repair, should be repaired and what was good to go. He finished the job promptly and everything works great. Oh and this all happened on a Sunday afternoon 6 hours after I called. Couldn't be happier with Precision Door Service and Daniel.

After checking online sites and reviews I contacted Precision Garage Door late night 12/23 because my door would not open. An appointment was scheduled for early morning on 12/24. Matt arrived when expected. After checking the door he thoroughly explained his findings and recommendations. Regrettably, they do not perform repairs on the "Easy Set" garage door opener system. He was very informative and educated me enough to know what I should tell any additional companies that I contacted. It has a broken spring but because of limited head room he was unable to put in a new tension system.
