When I first called to set up the appointment, I spoke with Walter who did an excellent job of taking down my issues and setting the day/time. I was amazed that I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to get an appointment the next day. I called back on Saturday to ask some questions about the costs/charges and Destiny was informative, patient, and wonderful on the phone. Dan arrived on time actually a little early, explained the options and costs, and fixed the door quickly. He showed me some other issues he noticed and repaired them also. Overall I had an awesome experience and would definitely use Precision again.

Good response for a Saturday afternoon. Technician clearly explained all details. Price was somewhat high , but not out of sight. I would definitely use again in an emergency and most likely when I have a new door put in. I thought the technician was excellent

Seemed like a nice service person and very professional. But estimate was wel over twice the price of competing estimates. I can't afford to use this company. Glad they are doing so well and have such great reviews.
