I called Precision Garage Door because I had an unsatisfactory response from another company. I found an ad in my local phone book for Precision and was impressed with the ad and the BBB rating. When I called and explained my problem, I was told that a service tech would be at my home the same day. He (Tanner) arrived within an hour of my call. He explained what caused my problem and offered 3 options of service/coverage. I was very satisfied with his knowledge and workmanship. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to get the job done right.

If additional repairs were to be needed, you would be given an up front quote prior to any work being done, giving you the control of money spent. Second time using Precision and couldn’t be more satisfied! Last February needed a new opener which has been great. This time a spring broke. We called around 7:30 am and Steve and Matthew has new springs, rollers, etc installed by 10:20 am. Thanks to them for their hard work and great customer service!

Mike did a great job, he located the issue and explained all my options. He also installed a new door opener I purchased the day before. He worked quickly with attention to detail. He cleaned everything up when the job was done and left the garage looking better than when he started.

Being a bit late from time projected was not a big deal. Wasn't told cost would be $170 PER SPRING plus service call. Then told should replace both springs. Then only had one spring on truck so had to meet another employee to get another spring. Then couldn't get door to work properly with both springs installed and would have to come back next day with manager. He and manager did come back 24 hours later and fixed issue. Technician had read chart wrong and manager solved it. If you were me, how happy would you be?

Dan showed up right on time and after we discussed the problems and agreed on the needed service, did a great professional job. He replaced and adjusted the door hardware and installed the new opener, and it all works smooth and quietly; Perfect! I am very happy with the job and it was done in one afternoon.
