The gentleman showed up looked at my door and then determined that his company could not order the proper parts to fix it. This could have been determined at the outset before wasting everyone’s time. What’s strange is that after he went back to his car to determine his “course of action” he called me on the phone from my driveway. It’s almost as if he didn’t want to have to have the conversation face to face because he was trying to upsell me. I walked out to the driveway to talk to him in person.

Jacob called, letting us know his approximate arrival time. When we explained our problem he immediately knew what was causing the difficulty and fixed it. After inspecting the door and the mechanical aspect, there were some issues that needed to be addressed. We agreed on what should be done for the system to work properly. After completing the task he explained what he did and how to lubricate in order for the door to continue working properly. Jacob was extremely polite and knowledgeable.

The garage door would not operate as should. Colin from Precision Garage Door came out and fixed the problem then sprayed the inside parts of the door and opener. Colin was very friendly. Explained everything to me. Great job Colin. I would recommend Precision Garage Door

I will be having my credit card company remove your $75 charge of having done nothing for your tech being out here and fixing NOTHING.....simply telling me I have an electrical problem...to replace a wall switch, which I did and continue to have same problem of door opening only 1/2 way sometimes. I also requested a return phone call twice. which I never got. Was told my concerns would be forwarded to main office and they would get back to me.....that also never happened. I have nothing good to say about Precision, except they are pretty good at dodging your questions and avoiding you! Do not use this company! I have a different company coming out tomorrow.

Service for us was initially for installation of new touchpad. Other issues were pointed out to me however re: poor condition of the rollers and I had those 20 year old items replaced. Also received new remotes. Job was done quickly with a professional attitude. Also was advised on lubricating components. Couple concerns we realized afterward were that directions were not left for the touchpad itself and can it be setup to operate remotely via cellphone? We have directions for the remotes. Thank you. Colin was excellent easy fix adjustment and educated me on how to do it.Garage door would close and then go up automatically and just had to adjust the sensors on motor!Excellent service and not expensive at all.Thanks,Precision will recommend you to friends and family!Heads over compared to A1 garage service I used 2 years ago!

I was extremely impressed with the technician sent out for our garage repair. We had a broken spring and needed the rollers and ball bearings replaced. He explained what needed to be replaced and gave us three options with costs to choose from. It was nice to have a choice and not have someone telling you that you need to choose the most expensive. We did ultimately choose to have everything we needed replaced. He was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely use you again if needed. I called you because I saw a coupon in a coupon mailer and I looked online for reviews and service comments.

My technician arrived Earlier than I expected, which was great.He told me what he thought the problem was and it turned out he was right on point. He had the part on his truck and fixed my problem promptly. In the future, if I have any garage door opener problems, I definitely will call precision overhead garage door service

Great job! They had two remove two old overhead garage doors and install two new ones. The crew was professional, prepared and diligent. This was not an easy install. I commend them for getting it done in spite of the rain and puddles. They also cleaned up well after they were finished. Thank you.

A spring broke on my door this morning. I called and the technician, Rick, was over in the specified time range. He walked me through the various pieces of the garage door that needed work in addition to the broken spring. I feel that he was honest and fair. He took only an hour to do the repairs and walked me through them. I particularly liked that he said Precision works with the "one and done" mentality that he did not expect to be back because he did quality work with quality parts. Jason was courteous & although my garage door seemed to work ok when he was here he examined the overhead trouble spot thoroughly & greased it as well as side wheels etc which probably benefited from some maintenance.
