Worked performed today regarding the installation of my new garage door opener. The service technician, Matthew, was very thorough. He diagnosed the problems with the system, made recommendations regarding what should be replaced and conducted the work in a fast and efficient manner. When finished with the installation he programmed both remotes and keypad then explained the warranties . Very conscientious, friendly and professional.

Quick response for service appointment. Showed up on time. Informative technician offered several quotes/options & answered all my questions. Tech was very friendly & courteous &. professional. Repair very efficient-completed in an hour. Would highly recommend. (I did not compare pricing so I don’t know if I got a good deal or not, but service was great).
