Service was scheduled the same day I called. The technician (Dan) was on-time, courteous, explained the cost before beginning work, and described the work that was done (all in very cold Winter weather). Cost was fair. Will use as our regular garage door service in the future.

Our garage door spring broke. I called them to see when someone could come out to fix it. They set up a technician for that afternoon and it was fixed in about 2 hours. Our technician, William, was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He saved all of the parts he removed and showed us the wear/tear on them. The door is working great- don't remember it even working that quietly since we've owned our home. It was more expensive than we expected, but we didn't compare to other companies, so it may have been competitive. They were here fast, the technician was very nice and the door is working great.

5 stars all the way. I had my garage door sensors hooked back up after a wire came loose and another door wouldn't open properly which they fixed. Instead of selling me new parts, they took the time to see what the real issue was which in turn saved me money. These people do a quality service which is not seen too much these days.

Woke up on a Friday morning to find out the garage door spring had broke. Had the day off to head up north but we were trapped like rats! Called Precision Door and they were out within 2 hours and had the garage door fixed before noon. Dan was great to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. All hardware was replaced. Would highly recommend!
