I had to Google garage doors because One of my garage doors wouldn't go up and down. Precision was at the top of the page and said no extra charge for weekends and holidays, so that's why I called. I was told someone would come between 2pm and 4pm. In fact Rob was here within about 30 minutes. He immediately fixed the problem and gave me a new remote. I was very satisfied in every way. Thank you Precision.

These people are crooks. Dishonest! I told them exactly what I wanted over the phone. When the guy got there he immediately started badmouthing my system which happens to be fine. He tried to sell me only complete removal and replace(over $500.00 package) just because one cable snapped. I was willing to buy one spring and cable installed at the quoted price less than $150.00, but not pay for enough to replace all 4 cables and springs on both my garage doors. Screw them, trying to shame my current product when I was willing to pay a fair price on a repair. I was in sales of home improvement products, I know when someone is trying to scam me.

My standard contractor torsion spring mechanism had failed and needed to be replaced. I thought about doing the repairs myself, but didn't have the time. I sent a message via Precision's website and within minutes they called. Three hours later the job was completed. The rep, Nick Decker, was very impressionable, knowledgeable and proficient at this project. He made me feel confident that it would be repaired properly. After the completion, he allowed me to inspect, test and then asked if I had any questions on the job. I thought about the hassle, time and money I would have wasted if I had done it myself. I was impressed with him and the team's professionalism. Great job. Thank you!

Precision was incredible. A year ago they repaired my original garage door opener but recommended a more powerful model. When the old one finally broke on the day before Thanksgiving, they sent the same technician who knew my system, in the evening when I could be home, and waived the service call fee since the installation was based on an earlier visit...a year earlier! I had a spring break on my 16 ft steel insulated garage door. The technician arrived on time, was well trained, very friendly and allowed me to ask many questions. He took the time to explain all of the available options from just a minor spring replacement to a complete overhaul with 2 new springs, cables, plastic rollers, high capacity drums and bearings. He had everything needed on his truck too. This included a lifetime warranty. Great work, very reasonable price and super service. 1.5 hours for a major overhaul. You won't find a better deal.
