This was a warranty repair of a loose cable. The technician was Chris Crawford. He arrived early and was very efficient. He even replaced the light bulbs that had burned out. He also showed where the door was cracked and close to breaking. He emailed me his recommendation and estimate while he was still there so I could forward it to the condo association. Hopefully, they will be as easy to work with as your company,

This is the second time in a few months that we have had to call Precision Door for emergency service. Once for spring replacement and once for cable replacement and both breakdowns happened on a Saturday. Both times the techs were excellent and prompt. I will not hesitate to use Precision and will definitely recommend them to friends.
