I received very professional service from Precision Garage Door Service. The personnel from the company was very involved in working with me from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the job. The employee who performed the work (Phil) communicated often prior to his arrival to keep me informed of estimated time of arrival to my home. He was so professional and very competent! He explained to me what it would take to remediate my door issues and repaired it quickly. I was afraid I was going to have a big bill (like when any other maintenance personnel would be called), but it was VERY reasonable. I decided to ask him to fix some other issues with the door that were not an emergency to address (i.e. seal). He gave me an estimate and he performed the work beautifully. I have never been so happy with company as I am with Precision. Thank you Phil!

I set up an appointment with Precision garage door service on January 7 around 11am as our 39 year old Genie garage door stopped working.Our technician Jasper Brown was right on time at 2:45 pm. Jasper did a complete inspection of our old system. He shared and explained his findings. We decided to have a complete overhaul which to our surprise he was able to do that afternoon. Jasper was affable and professional. He did an A+ job.I highly recommend Precision garage door service.
