The technician, Tyler Chaney, was professional in every respect. He clearly explained what was wrong, explained the options to fix it and did not try to push an expensive solution. In the end he made some adjustments to our system all under warranty. We need more substantial repairs in the future and will definitely call Tyler at Precision when that time comes.

7 Years ago Precision did a full rebuild of my garage door. Spring, cables and rollers. Yesterday the door would not close. I called and they offered me an emergency call with same day service because I was unable to close the door. They called when the tech was on his way. He looked over the door and determined that the cables had stretched and jumped the spools. He replaced the cables, checked the overall function of the door and made sure there were no other issues. Since Precision has a lifetime warranty on their door rebuilds, there was no charge for the emergency call or the parts and service. I have used Precision on may occasions at several different properties. I highly recommend them.

They were able to show up the next day, and I called at 4:30 in the afternoon. They were supposed to arrive between 2 and 4, they called and were ahead of schedule, and was here by 1. Once here they only took about 30 min to resolve the issue. I liked that they did not try to up sell me on services I didn't need. The technician was professional, and knew what was wrong as soon as he looked at the door. Will use them again in the future.

First, I found Precision recommended from two sources, one being Home Advisor. Note - I won't use Home Advisor again. That was 3 times that I have used them, every time they forwarded my contact information when I did not want that done. Got calls from several businesses, prior to my being ready. I won't use Home Advisor again. Second, when I did call Precision, I got the basic info I wanted, immediately, arranged a Pro to come fix my garage door. He arrived as scheduled, calling as expected, was very helpful, professional, quick, and made me confident that he know what he was doing and would do a good job. And he did that.

Our garage door broke yesterday (broken spring) and we called in this morning in order for Precision to come and fix it for us. We had the door installed by Precision about 7 years ago. Ben and Tyler came in earlier, were very quick to assess the repair and made all the effort to check with the office it was covered under warranty and had the work complete in an hour ! Exemplary service, great demeanor and I would gladly recommend them for any garage door need.

Will never do business with your firm again. Pricing is bait and switch. Agreed to the spring replacement and service charge. The gross over-charge for cables and pulleys which they insisted were needed more than doubled the repair. Not shared when appointment was made even though I clearly stated that the springs were original on a 1984 home. Disappointed.

We do provide free repair estimates and you are not obligated in any way to move forward with the options the technician presents to you. We are slightly higher than the competition due to being properly licensed and insured, hiring and training professional technicians and carrying quality parts on our trucks so that we can repair your door immediately. We regret that you were soon selling your home and only wanted repairs that made the door somewhat operational instead of safe. Unfortunately when you called, we weren't told that your cables were frayed, and that the two pulleys were attached to both broken springs. We offered the repair and you accepted the opportunity. We regret that this repair came with bad timing for you. We appreciate your business.

Discovered a broken spring in the morning as my wife was leaving for work. Two hours later Carlos (who had recently worked on our other door) was there and had the spring replaced in twenty minutes. As mentioned, Carlos has now been here twice in the last few months and has done great work both times. I keep his card taped to the wall near the garage door opener. I'll call him the next time something goes awry or I just need a tune up.

Chason was excellent in explaining the options we had regarding replacing a broken garage door spring.
