Called and got same day appointment and Technician appeared on time with a mask on (virus) and stood 6’ from the front door. Good. He looked the situation over and we decided 3 bearings needed replacement also. We agreed on a spring quality (3 choices) and total price and presented a coupon that worked. He used a neat custom tool spring tensioner that was impressive. He counted the spring turns with it using just a hand drill. All parts were on the truck. Quick and easy. Repair had 90 day warranty. Invoice was electronic to my email and took a local check. Overall, I would call them again for any repair or replacement work.

Our garage door was very noisy so we called for a “check-up”. Precision was able to send someone the same day and gave us a choice of time frames. The technician, Isak, was great! So well-mannered and efficient. He gave us options and prices and did a great job. I will always recommend Precision, great customer service.

I looked on Angie's List and saw a deal with Precision for $389, including entry Key pad and 2 remotes, complete with installation. I called to schedule that, (today- SUNDAY), and they said they could be here in a few hours! NO UPCHARGE for Sunday Emergency Service! Brian, the service tech came and said he will check it out. He found that the chan drive jumped the gear teeth . He took it apart and re-seated the chain. Then he set the limiterd on the door. Lubricated the hinges and tested it over and over. He said the 11 year old unit internally looked in great shape. He said it could last maybe another 6 years! Needless to say, when it finally does fail, I will be calling Precision to install a new system for me! What a pleasant surprise. It turned out to be an $89- service call, instead of a $400- replacement. Great service guy and excellent company to deal with. I have been seeing their commercials on cable TV a lot too. Being in the sales and service business as well, (Got Pinball.com sells new Pinball machines to the home or a company's Rec Room market), I can appreciate the professionalism that this company and it's representatives projects. If you need garage door items replaced or repaired, Call Precision!

Matt Leto just installed a belt driven garage door opener. I purchased a Linear Model LDC0800 belt driven garage door opener. The unit is considerably quieter then the chain driven unit that was replaced. Matt installed the new unit and answered all my questions. He was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. It was a delight working with him. The company had excellent reviews and so did their technicians. Matt is one of the best. Thanks Matt!
