I am beyond impressed with every part of this process with Precision. The person that answered the phone was polite and professional and within 1 hour I had a Technician and his Assistant John fixing my door. Joshua Figueroa was polite, professional and assisted us right away. I am grateful to have service people like Joshua help solve our problem quickly and without a glitch. We will also be adding Precision Door Service to my Real Estate Teams vendors of choice list. Thank you for having such great employees.

7 yrs ago Precision did a great job installing new door and tracks, etc. Price was great and they responded immediately whenever I phoned for help. Recently, the spring broke and had to be replaced with new cables, too. They even responded during the outer bands of Hurricane Sally passed on this coast. The Manager, Accountant, Phone Receptionist and Repair staff are all very kind; A+ for Customer Service at this location. Have referred them to neighbors and friends. Highly recommend.
