Every area of my garage door adventure was handled as well as as I could have possibly hoped. Aaron and Rob were both exceptional to work with. They went out of their way to help and both were extremely professional. The door is great. The install was much better than I expected.

The weekend of 11-8/9 I experienced a problem with my garage door. It wouldn't stop when closing and would return to a completely open position. So Monday I called the last company that had service the door. their phone was off-line. From the yellow pages I randomly selected Precision. They sent a technician (Rydge O.) that afternoon. He made some adjustments, but the door still didn't work correctly. The door and parts were more than 20 years old. After discussing options we settled on a rebuild of everything but the door. It was sticker shock, but was the best option. He had everything he needed with him and was able to complete the job in a couple of hours. Good job. Dave E. 11/10/2025

I was programming a remote about 6 months ago and hit the wrong buttons so that the garage door wouldn't open or close. We got out the manual and tried everything, but nothing worked. I finally sent Precision Garage Door an email, and they were very kind and professional, and helped me schedule the service call at a convenient time. Aaron arrived on time, and had the garage door working again in a short time! He also made sure that the remote was working so that we can now open the garage door from our car. This was the third company I called, and the first one who was actually helpful. I now have their card attached to the wall next to the wall control as Aaron showed me a potential problem in the original install. I will absolutely be calling them for any future repairs. OUTSTANDING customer relations, and PHENOMENAL, professional, and courteous work at a very reasonable price.
