Respnse time was great. I needed a new keypad and ended up with recommendations for other potential issues. If I had additional work done i would get a keypad free. I agreed and i got a used keypad free. It works but would like to have been told i would be getting a used one!

Nick is the technician who serviced my garage door. Polite, competent, good listener and communicator. He was able to arrive early, which was great. He explained all options for repairs to me very clearly. I opted to get more than the basic repair needed, because my door is nearly 25 years old, not as safe as I wanted it to be, and I don't want to revisit having others parts replaced/repaired a few years feom now. I wanted it fixed and all the worn out and nearly worn out parts replaced so it will operate well for the next 10-15 years. Nick made that happen. This company is very responsive, there were many available appointment slots, ncluding evening ones, and in 24 hours from my initial contact, my door is fixed. Precision has many 5 star reviews; that's why I chose them. I am very pleased with the company, the service, and highly recommend them. I don't know how their pricing compares to other companies because I only called them, but, honestly, if it turned out they are a bit more than the next guy, then who cares? I got excellent service and the work done quickly and professionally, which suits me just fine!
