I was programming a remote about 6 months ago and hit the wrong buttons so that the garage door wouldn't open or close. We got out the manual and tried everything, but nothing worked. I finally sent Precision Garage Door an email, and they were very kind and professional, and helped me schedule the service call at a convenient time. Aaron arrived on time, and had the garage door working again in a short time! He also made sure that the remote was working so that we can now open the garage door from our car. This was the third company I called, and the first one who was actually helpful. I now have their card attached to the wall next to the wall control as Aaron showed me a potential problem in the original install. I will absolutely be calling them for any future repairs. OUTSTANDING customer relations, and PHENOMENAL, professional, and courteous work at a very reasonable price.
