Precision did a great job of coming quickly to assess our situation. They even helped us get our van out of the garage while it was incapacitated. The installer did great as well. He even went back to the shop a couple of times to make sure we got the best products for our house. Everything went very well!

Aside from my motor, I needed a new spring, new cables, replacement tracking, some bracket replacement and a new bottom rubber seal. Their cables are a heavy-duty Titanium compared to the ones that snapped. I booked appt online Thurs night, was back in business next day, 3 hrs labor. I normally do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience because of how well Precision Garage Doors treated my elderly neighbor after another company completely took advantage of her. A different company charged her nearly $2,700 to replace two garage door springs. Within a month, the door failed again because several worn and damaged components that should have been addressed at the same time were never replaced. She then called Precision Garage Doors, and the difference was unbelievable. They responded promptly, were extremely professional, honest, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The technician went above and beyond to help her, corrected the previous poor workmanship, and fixed the door properly the way it should have been done the first time. Most importantly, they treated her with kindness and respect instead of trying to take advantage of an elderly customer. The technician could not have been more courteous, pleasant, and compassionate throughout the entire process. It is rare these days to find a company with this level of integrity and customer care.
