Both of our doors quit for different reasons in the freezing cold this week. The technicians that were sent out took their time giving me a wide range of information, answering all of my questions and providing various quotes. Then the work they completed was professional, efficient and solved all my problems for a very reasonable price! Huge praise to Brock and his partner for getting our doors back in service within a few hours!!

We had called to schedule a technician to come out to look at our faulty garage door. I believe that we spoke with the operator/scheduler on Thursday, she had someone available to come out on Friday morning. Great communication throughout via email and texts. I was contacted and informed of when the tech was leaving, that he was close, and that he had arrived. It took him about an hour to observe the issue and provide a quote (given the complexity of our door, he had to wait about 20 minutes for a quote from his superior). The emailed quote was detailed (line by line-item costs) which was great! The price was reasonable and when we asked when they could provide the services, they confirmed 'next day', which was surprising as that would have been on a Saturday. On the day of repair, I received the same notification texts as before and the two technicians arrived on time, looked and spoke professionally, and got right to work. Entire tear down and installation was maybe over an hour. We could observe them double and triple checking their work so that by the time we were asked to come out and open/close the door ourselves, we knew it had been done right and correctly. They provided with payment options, in our case this was via check, and we completed the transaction right then and there. In summary, we hadn't dealt with this type of repair before and were nervous about the whole ordeal. Precision made the whole experience comfortable and not worrisome in the slightest. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
