Once again, the service was superior. I was told my technician would be here between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. I received a call at 8:55 to say he was on the way. He arrived around 9:15 and the work was completed by 9:45. So happy I didn't have to stay home all morning waiting for my service call.

Cody was extremely helpful and was able to show me wear and tear on my 23 year old garage door that I wasn't aware affected its operation. He came out to replace broken springs but also alerted me to another potential problem I was going to be facing with rusting and weak cables and rollers with worn bearings. There was absolutely no pressure to have any additional work done, but I felt so comfortable with his recommendations that I had the extra service performed. When he was finished, I could tell my door opener was working so much smoother and quieter with the new parts. I definitely would recommend Cody and Precision to all my neighbors and friends.

Wanted to send a big THANK YOU to Glenn McCory for the great job on the Liftmaster garage door opener he installed on Friday night. He got here late due to two other jobs and bad weather mixed in with heavy traffic. When he arrived at 6:45PM, I didn't really think he would install due to the time. He jumped right in and had it complete in about an hour and a half. Thanks Glenn for a great job and sticking around to explain everything and making sure it ran perfectly. Super great tech!!!!

I can't say enough how professional and prompt Precision Door service was for me in fixing my garage door concerns. Technician Glenn McCory came out the same day as I called, fixed our garage doors, installed new springs, reprogrammed motor, and keypad. Job well done, everything works as new, I could't ask for a better service. Very satisfied. Thanks Precision!
