Precision Garage Door Service

The rep did a great job trying to program the hand device to my car. He took many steps but was not able complete the issue.

Shaun was first, showed me all the rust at the bottom then the wheels were worn down so that the shaft was rubbing on the tract along with many cracked hinges. That was enough for us to replace it. We decided to upgrade to the class 3 insulated door with a new closer, all were in stock. Caden and Dustin came for the installation and removal of the old door. It took about 2.5 hours and the were done with all including the cleaning. Caden came in and went over some of the maintenance items. All in all the crew were very knowledgeable and their workmanship was excellent. We are glad we chose Precision for the replacement.

From being able to schedule service online to the final fix, everything was great. Patrick was professional and communicated honestly and clearly what the issues were and quickly made the repairs. 10/10 service.

Precision is great. Had them out to service the doors that were on my house when I bought it in 2019, knowing they were on their last leg. Had a great experience so when it came time to replace them, I got the new garage doors from precision in 2022 and had another really positive experience. I recently self insulated my garage doors and then started having trouble with them so I scheduled an appointment (online in like 60 seconds it was so easy) for a tech to come out for a tune up and again can’t speak highly enough of the service. Adam had them up and running in no time. Can’t beat their customer service, communication, & pricing. Highly recommend.
