Our tech Chuck stepped up to a difficult task of helping us fix our opener after a different company had claimed our garage issues were due to a faulty spring without conducting a complete inspection. $800 later on springs, rollers and cables: our garage was still not closing properly. It was clear we needed to get someone else to help us. Chuck came in, assessed the situation so accurately and created a thorough report giving my fiancé and I options. Not even an hour later, we had a new garage opener with a lifetime warranty and it closed better than previously! He even replaced the rollers that were rusted (we were told these were new…) and fixed our spring (which turned out to not be the correct size so it needed adjustments). He did these adjustments for free. Go with Precision. You will not regret it.

I don’t think this is the cheapest or most expensive company in town, but the quality of the parts and workmanship was great. I especially appreciated the time Adam, the technician, spent with me explaining how to properly maintain the door. He further explained the suggestion repairs so I could make an educated purchase. I would not hesitate hiring Precision. If you are going to repair your garage door, you should do it right the first time with quality parts.
