We scheduled an appointment with Precision Garage Door to repair a broken spring on our double door. Adam showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He did a thorough inspection and presented me with options, so I could make an informed decision on the repair to the broken spring and additional maintenance repairs that would extend the life of our garage door. When Adam completed the repairs, he carefully walked me through the repairs completed. Excellent job!

Adam was our service person. He did a thorough inspection of our garage door system components. He determined that the torsion springs were weakening and weren’t adequately supporting our door which is a heavy one. Also, he identified fraying on the cables as well as some metal shavings under a cable drum indicating excessive wear on the bearings. We had all the aforementioned parts replaced. Adam finished the work within an hour. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I’d recommend Precision Garage and Adam to do similar garage door work.
