Michael Falberg did an excellent job in correcting my garage problem issue. He reset my code and showed me how to do it. He gave a very clear, understandable tutorial. In addition, Michael showed some other problelms with my garage door; these problems indicate that sooner or later my garage door will need to be replaced.

I chose Precision garage door service based on a previous repair. In 2021 I had two springs replaced on my garage door and those service technicians were awesome, I thought the price was fair, and I thought the service was great. This time it was the belt on my garage door that wore out. The door is about 20 years old, so we are in tears understandable. The service technician,Chris was very polite very professional, and completed my service really quick. I appreciated receiving the text message with the photo of the technician, his arrival time and a little bit about Chris and his family. That made me feel less apprehensive, which is so important in these times.

Technician did a great job, but he left without showing me how to set the MyQ to my new opener as it is not the say opener I had before. I need someone to call me tomorrow around 5:30pm to walk me through or send a Technician out without service charges

I had used Precision Door in June 2018 for replacement of my 30+ yr old garage door. So when the track fell out of the wall on Sunday, I called them . I called on Monday & they had a technician at my house on Tuesday....at the time they had promised. Jason was our technician. Chris was great! Very knowledgeable about what was actually wrong & even though we thought we needed a whole motor, he knew exactly what we needed which saved us $$. That is a blessing when he could have easily just swapped out for a new motor.$ charged us the rate for changing out the motor. Will be using Chris again if we have another issue
