I had requested a tech who had done previous work for me, and my appointment, I assumed, was based on his schedule. However, the call I received 30 minutes prior to my appointment was from another tech. I was not pleased at this but then when John Nair arrived, he was on time, acted very professional, explained what needed to be done, and was quick with the work. I am very pleased that the wrong tech showed up at my house.

Adam called ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he showed up, he introduced himself. During his inspection, he explained everything in detail. Adam displayed fantastic customer service in his thoroughness, explanation detail, and obvious expertise. The garage door is ten years old and everything got replaced except the door itself and operator. Expertly done for a fair price and a 7 year warranty. Very happy customer!

I chose Precision because they had 24 hour service number. I was in a panic because my garage door opener wasn't working and I couldn't open the door manually. When I called an actual person answered the phone. I like that i was able to speak with a person vs a computer. The technician was very professional and friendly. I like that I wasn't being treated like a number.

Nick Ledbetter was knowledgeable and helpful. He really helped us when we were in dire need of garage repair. Our door just suddenly broke, but Nick made the process easy! He came out, told us exactly what needed to be done and gave us best and worst case scenarios. We will eventually be needing a new garage door, and when that time comes, we will be calling Precision back to do the job. Nick went above and beyond, we really appreciate it!

Chris Koch and Kyle did a great job. They not only fixed the broken spring that I called about, but also inspected the entire unit, showed me what else had problems (cracks, etc), provided me with an estimate and then repaired everything. They were very professional.

I used the Precision Garage Door Company about a year and a half ago on an emergency situation and they came right out. So this time when I had a problem with my opener I called them again and although this was not an emergency they did come out within a few hours. Shawn was the one that came out both times and he explained everything that had happen so it was easy for me to understand and fixed the problem right away. Thank you for your quick response.

The entire service experience was definitely 5 stars +. We requested a technician come out to service the door which we purchased from Precision approximately 2 years ago. There were no major issues with the door or its operation; however, several things had become noticeable over time. The appointment was scheduled one day after our call - - virtually an immediate response. Cal, our technician, showed up exactly at the front-end of the arrival time expectation we were given. Cal patiently listened to our concerns, then took the time and care to provide us an education not only on the items on which we had questions, but the entire concept and workings of an overhead door system. It turned out that our concerns were not of any major consequence, but Cal took the opportunity to fine tune the door's operation and perform some maintenance which we were unaware of the need to periodically attend to. He then provided us with the materials to do much of the maintenance ourselves in the future and a recommended schedule on which to perform it. Cal also explained that some new innovations and upgrades had become available since we purchased the door. While not necessary, installing these improvements would enhance the performance of an already superior product, extend the door's life expectancy, and extend the warranty by seven additional years. Each of the improvements could be done incrementally to suit our needs and budget, or could all be installed at one time in a "Seven Year" package. Cal gave us a more than reasonable cost quote for the package, and we intend to have it installed this spring. When we do so, we will absolutely request that Cal be the technician to do the work. His knowledge, friendly and professional demeanor, and obvious pride in his work were remarkable and very much appreciated. We have dealt with countless numbers and types of products and professionals in our many years as homeowners, and Cal is the best of any of them. Precision is a good company with a great product, and Cal could not represent them in any higher manner.

I had no idea who to call when the springs and motor failed on the garage door. In searching the web I came across Precision Door Service, after reading the all the reviews I decided to give them a call. Precision arrived an hour early, very professional, top notch technicians. Cal Langford explained everything and it took about an hour to get everything installed. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone, Cal and Jamie did an excellent job on the install, can't say enough about these two guys. You don't find excellent service like this now-a-days, stay the course. Thanks.
