Garage door would not open, ON A SUNDAY!! I called and someone answered immediately! She had a technician at my house within an hour! Christopher arrived and was outstanding! He isolated the problem and gave me multiple solutions I could choose from! No high pressure sale or scare tactics! He was fast, friendly and respectful of our home! We have been a customer of precision door for at least 25 years! Their customer service is exemplary!

Holy Smokes is all I can say. Brett Warfel was my technician. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Took his time explaining what he was going to do and why. Fixed things during the repair that I would not and did not expect. Extra screws/bolts in areas that did not need it but would reinforce things and make the door function smoother. After he was done he went through everything as well and again explained what he did and why. I wish all companies in all industries did business like this. Honest, great value for the work. Left work area clean and great person to deal with. I knew from the past they were going to be the best price. I will never use any other company for my garage door.

Andrew Maull, was able to get here early, which was nice, and thoroughly explained the problem, and fixed it very quickly. installed new springs, bushings, one strut, and relocated one strut, and lubricated everything. I contacted them on Sunday night, and was given an appointment Monday morning. I was afraid I needed a new opener, and my technician, Joel, confirmed it. He gave me a choice of openers, varying in price. I made my choice and he got to work immediately replacing my existing opener. It took about an hour. He cleaned up all debris. After the installation, he oiled the rollers and the springs, which were not replaced. I had forgotten to give him the coupon that can be found on the website, so I called the main office the same day. They willingly applied the coupon to my bill after the fact. Their price was reasonable and competitive. I was very happy with their service and their customer service.
