Precision Garage Door Service Of Monmouth County

I called Precision Door for a checkup as it’s been 5 years since the garage door was installed. It creaked and groaned when opening and closing. I live very close to the water so things need maintenance more than inland neighborhoods. I had the mechanism rebuilt and my door works great and the work and parts are guaranteed for 10 years. The technician was knowledgeable and did a great job.

Brian Ford Jr is a great technician. He explained all my options in detail. He is very friendly and did a professional job. I would recommended!

After going out and in all day through the garage, I finally came home from shopping and the garage door only went up a foot. After looking at springs and belt, I decided to call Precision the next morning. The woman who took the call was very nice. She listened to my tail of woah, and said they would be out between three and five in the afternoon. At 2:30 I received a call from Willy the technician stating he would be there at 3. He came, diagnosed the problem, explained that part of the problem was that all these years the door was too heavy for existing springs. He replaced springs, rollers, motor, track and two car remotes and wall remote. Door has never worked so well. Willy was fantastic. Although a little higher priced than other company’s, I feel the quality of product, which comes with 5 year warranty, will last.

Very good service and a stress-free experience. I booked online over the weekend (selected my own service window) and the next afternoon got a call from Brian that he was on the way. Brian arrived promptly, explained all the options to me patiently, and then proceeded to complete my repairs efficiently. I have been using Precision since it was a one man show down the street from me in our Townhouse development, and have now used them twice in our new home over the last nine years. First and only place to call!
