One of the tension wires malfunctioned on my garage door. They came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, and came back with different reasonably priced options for the repair. They explained the pros and cons of each and we had it repaired that same day. I would certainly hire them again.

One of the springs of our one car garage door decided to give up late on a Thursday afternoon. We've used Precision before (about 10 years ago) for the same issue. Booking an early appointment for the next day was easy. As usually happens, the "might as well" in my head began as soon as the tech arrived (well within the window) as we had been thinking about changing out the opener for some time. It seemed like as good a time as any. The tech answered all of my questions, offered good solutions and really listened to me and my husband (who was on speaker at some point!) No hard sell, just knowledgeable advice with transparent pricing, which concurred with the research we had already done. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful new Liftmaster with remote capabilities and a kick ass LED light that makes the inside of the garage look like a Florida beach in the sun. The pivot from changing the springs and pulleys to a full on changeout was seemless and accomplished within a couple of hours in challenging weather. Every now and then you make a homeowners' decision that you just know is worth every penny. This is one of those. Great job, Precision.

I was due to leave for a trip to Maryland and our garage door spring broke, rendering it impossible to open ...even manually. I called and within 45 minutes C. J. was at our home in Brielle, replacing the broken spring and fully servicing our 10 year old door (bearings and cables and maybe rollers?) with a 10 year warranty.
