    This company has a seven-day a week telephone contact service, while others do not. When a problem occurred on the weekend we were able to get a Monday morning appointment. The tech, Zack, arrived early after letting us know he could come early, diagnosed the problem immediately, worked non-stop to accomplish the installation, provided an online invoice right away and stopped back quickly the same day when we determined we needed an additional remote. This was our second five star experience with Precision.

    The spring in our garage broke and we made an appointment with Precision garage door. We are very happy with the service. Zack (the technician) was super friendly and very professional. He did a thorough safety inspection on our garage door and parts. The evaluation is extremely candid, not the suspicious “everything is broken so let’s replace everything if you have the money” type. He repaired the parts efficiently and the cost was very reasonable. Overall it’s a smooth experience and if we ever need a brand new garage door, we would go with them again.
