Our garage door sustained damage on a Friday afternoon, with a winter storm coming in that evening with heavy snow and frigid temps. Precision Garage Door sent a service technician within two ours. We assumed he'd just look at the damage and provide an estimate for repair or replacement later. Instead, he got right to work and not only repaired the damage in 1-1/2 hours, but upgraded a lot of the door hardware. When finished, the door was better than new. Worth every penny! Mike arrived on time. Reviewed my list of concerns about the 30 year old garage doors and their operation. Then inspected both door setups and advised me about possible replacement parts cost. About 11/2 hours later he was through. Doors moved like silk, vibrations were minimal, electric eyes were faulty and replaced. Slide locks were installed. Keypad codes were changed. It all worked like new. We were quite pleased with Mike's knowledge, his skills, and professionalism. Highly pleased with the company and Mike's service.
