What can you say??? It couldn't be any better...John called and told us when he would be there. Once he came, he examined the door and explained to us what was necessary to repair it and the cost involved.. once We ok'd the repair, he promptly went to work and before I knew it , he was done... Very pleasant an personable..I MADE A GREAT CHOICE WITH PRECISION...

Fred was not sure he could fix the Gene opener. It seemed like a sales gimmick. However, he checked everything out and changed sensors on both doors. All is working well. He proved to be a good technician.

Precision was very thorough in the phone operator scheduling an appointment. The service tech communicated and came right on time and even early. He was able to repair my door and did not push a strong sales pitch for replacing it (although I will replace it shortly). He did recommend some other services if I was interested. I was wet pleased with everything they did for me.

Very pleased with the service. Within 2.5 hours of call the serviceman had arrived, inspected by dysfunctional opener, and installed a new door opener. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I called Precision because the previous homeowner had used this company and there was a Precision sticker on the inside of the garage door.

To get 5 stars, our rating is the three P's: Prompt, Professional, Polite! Fred Grace met all three and then some! Will definitely recommend him and Precision Overhead Garage to anyone who asks! Even Karen (my first point of contact with this company) was extremely helpful and "On It"! I had my service person (Fred) at my door within 3 hours of putting in my call for help, and fixed in half that time!. I think that's amazing service all the way around!

Spring replacement and door repair. Can we give 7 stars?? Same day service, ON THE WEEKEND, same charge as any other day!!! THE BEST SERVICE TECH - Jonathan - we cannot say enough great things about his manner and his work. He was terrific!! And he helped us with replacing the cover we (stupidly) removed from our opener. And he gave us amazing support and advice on future door maintenance. We commend Precision for recognizing talent in their techs, and we will recommend Precision to everyone!
