Very fast on service. Did not like the fact that I could not get a quote on the cost beforehand. $85 for service is great...but my husband said to expect the cost of part to be the maximum. Had a quote from Clopay that the part was $80...but was charged $280. Service tech was nice, fast, and courteous.

John was punctual, professional, pleasant, and personable, all while he was explaining and answering my questions as he installed my new opener. I was not surprised by this because I am a repeat customer and it was John who had installed struts on my double door in the past. I am very pleased with my new belt drive opener, 3 remotes, and wireless keypad as well as the service. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone.
