I called Precision Garage and they set me up with a dame day appointment which was great because I had called several other places and they wanted to make me an appointment for the next day and that would not have wotked for me. Their Technician Chris, sent me a text letting me know he was 30 minutes out but was headed to my house. He arrived around 5:30pm and he looked over the garage door and explained what I needed for the type of garage door that I have. We sat down and he went over all of the packages they offered. He was not trying to upsale me at anytime which I was amazed. I made my choice of package and thought he was going to set me up with an appointment for another day, but he said, "no sir, I'm doing the work right now". I was impressed because by that time it was way past 6:30pm and I thought work stopped around 5pm for them (I dont know for sure). He did the work, pretty much replaced and upgraded everything but the door and door tracks. Made sure the door was rising smoothly and and that the door was properly balanced. He answered any questions I had and made sure we understood the meaning behind the replacement of each part. Chris went above and beyond on insuring I was pleased with how the door was working before moving on to his next step on the repairs. He even tried to reset and make my Ryobi garage door opener was set properly with all the new parts. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Services of Bryan to everyone needing either a replacement or repair, these guys are top notch.
