Tyler our garage door specialist was very professional, friendly and willing to walk us through every aspect of our new system.

Technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and arrived at the designated time. they worked very efficiently as a team in performing the repair work. One comment, knowing that everything is now digital, some sort of payment receipt should be issued confirming payment made for the services rendered. In our case, since a check payment was made, some sort of receipt should be emailed or forwarded somehow to the customer. Overall, service was excellent.

I’m not sure it’s possible for someone to be more friendly and efficient than Nick. He showed up the same day I requested service, and was professional, knowledgeable, and kind—with zero judgment about what I didn’t know. As a female homeowner, I don’t always get this level of respectful, helpful service when dealing with things outside my comfort zone. But Nick was a total standout. It turned out I needed a whole new system, and he had it installed and running within an hour—same day! If I could hire Nick for everything, I would. Trust this company. Their work is excellent and the customer service is the real deal.
