Eduardo was very professional, knowledgeable, and got everything working properly. They may not be the cheapest in town, but I truly believe they’re one of the best. I read many reviews before choosing Precision, and I’m glad I did.

My garage door was having issues and precision was able to send someone the same day for a routine fix. The technician quickly assessed the problem, gave a me a breakdown of the different components of the opening mechanism and what was affected, and gave me a plan to fix it without trying to oversell me. The technician was thoughtful, answered my questions thoroughly, and was honest about what was needed and what wasn’t Overall, would recommend.

Evan and Travis helped with my garage door repair. They both professional, and very personable. To be honest, I didn't even care for how much I got the quoted for or if it was high or low. I didn't shop around to see the market. But I knew that from the minute I met Evan, I will trust him, and he will do his best to fix it, and he didn't disappoint me either. He went above and beyond his work in fix my door. The next day, I called Precision garage again to address my concern about torsion spring sagging or it looked sagging to me. That's when I met Travis, another great guy, very polite, who adjusted my torsion spring, and put my paranoia to rest. I want to say thank you Precision Garage for hiring these amazing people.
