Amazingly quick and expert service! The very day I called with a garage door problem, Tim Sweet, was dispatched to come to my home. He analyzed accurately what the difficulty was and gave me options, one was for a repair of a 20 year door, the other was for a new door. He described the pros and cons of each and gave me the pricing on each, and an estimated timeline for shipping of a new door if we decided to take that option. He then allowed us to think about it overnight. The next morning, Tim was very prompt on getting the door ordered and following through on scheduling a tentative installation date. He was awesome! When the installer, Jesse came, he was hard working, polite and knew what he was doing. He took the time needed for a proper installation and pointed out to us that a panel of the door had been received with a dent in it, but we were assured someone would be calling us in the next day or so to schedule a time to come back to our home and make that right as well. When, I didn't receive a call regarding this within the time frame Jesse had told me, I called the headquarters and reached Katie, who was kind and respectful as well, promising to check into it the following business day. I did contact Tim Sweet, too and several hours after business hours he called me and asked how he could help. I brought him up to date on the communication and he promised to follow through. Sure enough, first thing the next morning, Tim contacted me and explained about an individual being on vacation but he reassured me they would take care of this immediately. Later, we had a window of time scheduled for after the Christmas holiday to install. When David showed up, he too was amazing. He worked hard, got the panel installed, and tweaked things so that the door would rise and close effectively. Our only disappointment was the noise of the door when it does rise and close. David explained to me, why this occurs and he totally did the very best he could to quiet it unnecessarily. Three stellar employees, Tim, Jesse and David that totally are all assets to Precision Garage Door. Katie, the office employee too in her role treated us with kindness and professionalism. Thank you! I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. I totally believe, that if I have any ongoing problems in the future with this newly installed door, I can honestly call them and they will come right out and make things right.
