Dana did an outstanding job assessing my 4 sets of garage doors and dialing them all in to work so smooth and quiet. I plan on adding some new doors and he was able to quote me exactly what I needed in short order. All my garage door business will be with Precision Door! Ya get what you pay for and Precision is worth what they charge, and that assessment comes from experience working with other service providers.

From start to finish a very good experience. Tony reviewed the damage to the door and quoted a very reasonable replacement with attention to matching the original and helping to reduce the cost by reusing the undamaged parts. Matt arrived when expected and showed some real craftsmanship removing the broken door and installing the new one. The price was as quoted and no surprises. Thanks to both of you.

I called Precision Garage door on a Friday night around 5:30 expecting to leave a voicemail that would be answered sometime the following week. A friendly voice answered the phone and took my information, scheduled an appointment the following day which was a Saturday and my day off!. Technician showed up in time and explained why my garage door would not open more than a couple feet. He said he could fix it right then and there. I decided to have the springs replaced in the second door and they gave me a huge discount. I own an older home and the doors has some age to them but was informed that I didn’t need to replace them. I appreciate the honesty. I am very happy with the work that was done, the professionalism and explanation of how the door mechanism works. I would highly recommend. Ladies, these people are trustworthy.

I cannot be more pleased with the service we received from Precision Garage Door. I called around 9AM to request a diagnosis and repair on our garage door. The answering service was friendly and clear, she communicated clear expectations, and double checked to make sure my information was correct. Within 2 hours the technician, Christian, had arrived. It took him less than 10 minutes to figure out the problem and get me quotes with 3 options for repair. What I really appreciated is that Christian took the time to explain what was going wrong and what he could do to fix the issue. I'm always a little leery of technicians in my home that seem to be upselling parts or trying to sell a service that's not necessary. That was not the case with Christian. I had Precision replace the coil and rollers on my door and it works perfectly now. It's also much less noisy than before! Less than 4 hours from initial scheduling call to a complete repair. Nicely done. This repair did seem a little bit pricey, but I also opted for the premium parts with a lifetime warranty, so in the long run I'm hoping that it will work out.
