When we have issues with our garage doors in the past we have called Precision Garage door of Spokane. I have used them for over a decade. The latest incident we had a broken coil spring. Precision technicians Sean and Nate arrived on time. They were professionally dressed and communicated very well. They were respectful and we even shared a laugh or two in our conversation about the garage door. They accessed the situation and gave the door and it's components a through examination. Sean pointed out whomever installed the broken coil had installed it backwards (I did use a different company the last time because Precision wasn't available on our last garage door repair) Sean presented us with 3 options and after consideration we settled on the repair option that had the lifetime transferable warranty (given to us in writing). This also included Precision brand garage rollers that are sealed with lubricant inside them, so there is no need to periodically lubricate the rollers After they completed the job, the door is running smoothly, quietly, and the best it's ever operated. If I was a business owner, I would want these gentleman working for me.

They arrived early, we discussed my issue & they had to run back to the shop for additional parts. Upon return they made the changes & my doors are secure now! Both were very professional & knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Christian and his partner showed up on time. His picture was sent by text and email before he arrived so I knew who to expect. They were able to fix the spring on our garage door in a timely manner. They didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. Great job!
