Precision Garage Door Service Of Coeur D'Alene

The spring on my 2 car garage door broke late morning today. Normally something i would fix myself but i just had a total knee replacement. I called precision and they said they had someone who could come out this afternoon. Sean called for and said he had just finished a job by me and could be there in @20 minutes. He inspected the door and noted some additional problems. (2 Cracked hinges and a bad wheel) which I know would have caused problems later. He was able to fix everything and at a reasonable price.

Sean Yahrling is a fantastic technician. On time (actually early), prepared and very thorough. We had a door installed by Precision about 6 years ago that went great. Today, we were having a 'Tune and Lube' done as we hadn't had one done before and could tell the door was getting louder and slower to operate. Sean identified a couple things that would improve the perform and safety of the door. Took me out and showed me frayed cabling and a couple other spots. He completed the service quickly and the door is now like new. Super quiet again. Should be good to go now for many more years. Thanks Sean!

Easy to schedule next day appointment. Arrived early. Pleasant technician. However, to replace one sensor, lube, reset was nearly $400 for 15” job. Tech forgot to check if my door openers worked( the ones kept in the vehicle) and they did not due to reset. I had to call for him to return to fix, which he did immediately. No complaints of service really. Just price! Its all shocking anymore.🙄

Sean was amazing! He was helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me the facts and was a straight shooter. He was also extremely timely and respectful of our property. 10/10 would recommend him to take care of any garage door need.
