Easy scheduling on the website. Rich called 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled time to verify I was ready and then showed up exactly 30 minutes later which I really appreciated his punctuality. Jason, the service tech, came to our house on short notice to fix an issue with our garage door. He diagnosed our problem and worked thoroughly to make sure everything was properly fixed. He was easy to communicate with and very professional. Initially he thought it would be a quick reset but when that didn't solve the problem, he replaced our motor which was under warranty. He was really fast and got us up and running quickly. He programmed our new remotes and made sure everything was in order before leaving. Excellent service and attention to detail.
