Sean was amazing! Super helpful. Explained the ins and outs of my garage door functioning. Gave many options/prices for repair. Was really efficient. Showed me how to manually operate my door in case it breaks again. Lol! All in all, a really great technician who was super friendly. I called Precision around 11 am and Sean was here by 12:10.
