Tony, our technician, could not have been nicer. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He walked us through all the options for repair/replacement and made sure we were taken care of in accords with our budget/timeline. He was efficient and worked quickly, and never lost his good attitude or smile, in spite of the frigid temperatures in which he had to work! We will certainly continue to call on Tony/Precision for all of our future garage door needs!

Lunden did a great job with a little work to the mechanics of my garage door. Lunden also did a great job installing a new motor for me. Only opportunity for improvement would be a change to the cost structure for motor replacement/installation. The cost of a new motor provided by Precision was exorbitant. Fortunately Precision offers an installation only option for motors purchased by the customer. That option was reasonable for approximately 2 hours of layer. It could have saved me and Precision some time if the Precision provided motors weren't so expensive. I want to reiterate that Lunden was very professional and did a great job! Admin folks that I spoke to also provided great customer service.

Jason arrived, as promised, assessed our problematic door rather quickly, had the necessary parts to replace/repair our door.
