Precision Garage Door Service Of Coeur D'Alene

Tucker was Great!!

Had a new 18 ft garage door installed replacing 50 year door that was serviceable but heavy and not modern looking. 2 installers did a good job installing the door in about 4 hours. However they left without giving much instruction on the features of the new door. After installing the Aladdin Connect app , the app instructions were not clear where the wifi action button was located on our model. The installers could have shown me how to access the button but instead I called Genie customer service whose rep directed me how to find this access. We wanted an opener button inside our front door but they installed one that had a motion detection feature that constantly emitted a blue blinking light when we passed that hallway and it turned the garage opener light on each time. After figuring that this opener had this feature we covered the motion light with black tape which disabled it. Problem solved. We also spent too much time enabling the blulink feature in our car. The car owners manual gave complicated instructions how to do this. After spending $6,000 on a garage door I would expect the installers to help with these end of job details. Maybe the original sales person should have been there at the end to complete the job. On the several times we called to inquire about the garage door order status the salesman that spent several hours with us did not remember us and each time had to spend time looking up our name on the computer. We had to spell our name like it was the first time we had ever had contact with him! Overall Precision got the job done but they could have done better.

Sean was very knowledgeable and great to work with

I highly recommend Precision because I can’t believe how quickly a professional was at the residence, the work completed and the problem resolved.

I've had my Precision garage doors since 2022. Everything has worked, beautifully, and continues to do so. I was happy to see that Precision would come out for a tune-up, to make sure all was well...just like a tune-up for a car. Jaxen, the technician, took great care to check every aspect of the garage door system. And, he explained his approach from beginning to the finish. I'm very happy with their process. Thanks for the great service! My choice of the 5-star rating was very much earned by Jaxen. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to everyone.
