So glad I went with my gut when my dad recommended precision garage door service. Matt was very easy to talk with and got me up and running when my old garage door broke a spring. Matt was very knowledgeable and confident he could fix my very broken garage door till I waited for my new door to be installed. Installation went well, I am pleased with their service.

Definitely recommend. I called this company on a Sunday afternoon, as soon as I saw two springs where there should have been one, and a real person answered the phone. I was expecting to leave a message and get a call back Monday morning, and then get scheduled sometime later in the week. I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to get scheduled right away the next day. Bob rolled up promptly and did the inspection before explaining what repairs he would do, the total cost, and warranty on parts. The whole process went smoothly and quickly, and Bob even seemed to appreciate my ridiculous Monday stressed mom sense of humor. I will definitely call them back when the other garage door springs inevitably give out!

Technician Rick Agen did a great job to quell the noise my garage door opener motor was making and did it quickly. He was also nice to deal with and knew what he was doing. My only reservation is that I thought the job was a bit expensive for 10 to 15 minutes work at $147.50. But, bottom line is that the job got done and got done quickly.
