I called Precision Garage Door after I discovered a broken roller on my garage door. Brian arrived 2 hours later and did a complete inspection on both of my doors. He discovered a weak spring, worn rollers, and one of our openers was showing signs of excessive metal on metal wear. Brian was able to provide everything we needed immediately out of the inventory in his van. Three hours later we had completely reconditioned garage doors and new openers with enhanced capabilities over our old openers (incredibly quiet!). Brian was knowledgeable and was excellent at explaining everything. His installation was excellent and he cleaned up everything and took all of the old, failed parts.
