My wife and I returned home from a weekend trip to find our primary garage door failing to open due to a broken torsion spring. At the recommendation of the Garage Logic podcast, I went online and booked an appointment for a garage door repair with Precision Door MN. An hour or so before my scheduled appointment time, I received a notification the Technician Bryce would be arriving as scheduled, which he did. After a complete inspection of the complete garage door assembly and opener, Bryce reviewed the results and gave me repair options for the safety critical items, general items needing repair and some optional/recommended upgrades. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, only the facts and costs for the various repair options. After making my choice, Bryce made the repairs, performed a basic garage door tune-up, adjusted my opener and reviewed the complete operation after repair all within an hour. Overall, the experience with Precision Door was positive and I'll definitely contact them again if/when I have another garage door failure or if I need an upgrade.

I found Precision garage door company during an online search for garage door repair that served western Wisconsin. Precision garage door sent technician Shawn to me the next day for a diagnostic of one of my two garage door opener’s that had decided to quit working. Shawn was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He quickly started his testing and before you know it he had it figured out. My old openers logic board was defective as everything else was working as intended except that. Shawn was able to determine for me that this old openers logic board was no longer available or produced. Shawn gave me multiple options for replacement with thorough explanations of each option. I selected one and he went to work. During the install Shawn easily answered any questions I had and did an outstanding job! Shawn also took a couple extra minutes with me to get my cars garage door opener connected to the new unit! Precision garage door company can be proud of Shawns work ethic and abilities.
