The serviceman was knowledgeable and friendly. Here arrived when promised. I was immediately told about all the bad things about my system and all the required repairs. Then the shoe fell, I considered closing the garage and parking outside. We agreed to replace the sensors boy was I shocked when I learned that I got have purchased them online for a quarter of the price I was charged. It didn't seem like it was to difficult too install them.

I called my home warranty company to replaced a burnt out opener. Your guys shows up and without hesitation said your rollers are bad they need to be replaced and also the spring is bad maybe that's why the motor burnt. I thought that doesn't makes sense because we can lift and open and close the door real easy and the rollers look good to me but ok. How much? I asked Him and said real quickly 250 for the spring and 150 for the rollers. He said He must change them or else He couln't not replace the opener, because it wouldn't work, i said ok because I need the opener. When I searched how much those things cost I knew there was something fishy here. So i called your dispatch 877 301 7474 and i asked how much does it cost to replaced a set of rollers? they said 3 times already it can range from 70 to 80 dollars labor included, fine, your service man charged me $150 then I asked how much to replaced a spring? They told me springs range from 69.99 to 129 plus 75 dollar installation fee. Thats 200 with the highest price spring your charge me $250. Now I know I was taken for a ride in a very dishonest way from your employee, I need to talk to someone in management about this. I would really a phone call please My name is Juan Mora and my number is 661 496 1523. I will also file a complaint with AHS unless we resolve this matter. Very dishonest company I would never recomend your services to anyone, BECAUSE I GOT ROBED IN MY OWN HOUSE!

4-28-2018: Estevan was the garage door technician who came out to our home in Taft, Ca. He was courteous, informative, and knew quickly what the problem was. He recommended a couple of solutions. We went with the Chamberlain Liftmaster 3240 Head-Premium Series 1/2 HP Screw Drive which came with the 7' Liftmaster Screw Drive Rail plus remotes. Estevan wasted no time and installed the opener in a timely, efficient manner. The system is now working better than ever. We have a 10 year warranty on the equipment installed, so we think we should be fine knowing Precision will be here if the need presents itself. We should continue trouble free for another 20 years.
